Oh.. That photo in my last post...

It's me... in SanDiego along the waterfront..... flirting with the mannequin! I've seen these guys on tv but never in person before. Had to interact with him!

Today is Memorial Day...

...and today i am sick... but here's me last week, along with a few of my best friends! Look at those smiles! We're having lunch at a place called Prado in San Diego. What are we smiling at? The cute waiter, of course! How else did you think i could get a pic of all four of us together, eh?

Miss Kitty Update...

I redecorated a big wreath last week and caught Miss Kitty trying to help me by moving the greenery out of the dining room into the ... bathroom???? Honest! She even moved up to the middle of this thing and nudged it forward to her destination! Gotta love her.
1. Where did you go on your last vacation? Hawaii & San Diego
2. Would you go there again? Why or why not? Yes! Hawaii is most perfect - people & weather & I just didn't spend enough time in San Diego.
3. How many vacations do you take in one year? Not enough.
4. Where would you REALLY like to go on your next vacation, if money was no issue, and how long would you stay? If money was no issue I'd probably visit New Zealand next.
5. Do you put a little money aside each week (or month) to save up for your vacation? Been doing that for many many years...
Actually I've been answering these regularly but then don't take time to put them in my blog. I miss my blogging friends & will try to get back on track.

Yup, I'm here....

Wasn't getting my photos uploaded. Wasn't sure if it was the new Blogger or the new Microsoft IE7 browser... I'm not too happy with the new browser... it takes up a whole extra tool bar space at top! Not gonna download it on my other computer.

Well I just upgraded to the new Blogger and now I can share my photos of the Salvation Army kettle workers on the island of Molokai. I just absolutely love the Hawaiian people! It just seemed so strange seeing the lady ringing her bell with the same kettle we see on the mainland... but she was just wearing a pretty red dress!... and the guys were in t-shirts!

In case I don't make it back here tomorrow - Merry Christmas!!!
